Features:
1> New feature to support APRS probes. APRS probes has recently been devised on the APRS SIG.
APRS probes are implented by adding a extra digit to the PHG APRS data extentions. 
To add a probe to your station use the calculator supplied in UI-Traffic to get the correct format

Data from APRS probes is displayed in UI-Traffic which should give you an idea how reliable the APRS network is based on the number of digi hops used

Bug:
1> Run-Time error '401': Can't show non-modal form when modal form is displayed on startup fixed
2> Internet Traffic now excluded from the monitor stats
