  • Finding DAB DX

    If you have a Software Defined Radio (SDR) and that has more than a couple of MHz of visible spectrum you can look for DAB DX signals in the waterfall display. The DAB DX will be visible in the waterfall display long before the actual DAB channel list decodes.

    It's also much more convenient to monitor the changing radio conditions via this method than constantly re-scanning the DAB / DAB+ radio band. Note: A single DAB multiplex bandwidth is ~1.5MHz
